Penn-ar-Bed maritime - Finistère Department

By public service delegation, the Department has entrusted the Penn-ar-Bed company (Keolis group) with providing sea crossings to the islands of the Iroise Sea (Ouessant, Molène, and Sein), which are inhabited by 13,000 permanent residents.

In addition to funding sea links for passengers and freight, the Department also develops harbours and marine terminals. It also works to improve accessibility for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility in marine terminals and on boats. Lastly, it defines the fare policy and the frequency of boat traffic.
